Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •older patients with first stroke who are more than 60 years old, motor power of weak side is more than grade 2, no depression, and normally cognitive impairment
Exclusion Criteria
- •older patients with stroke who have severe diseases eg. recurrent stroke, heart failure, severe hyperglycemia, severe depression, can not join rehabilitation motivation program more than 2 times
