入排标准
入选标准
- •1)BMI >23.0 kg/m2
- •2)Age - 18-50 yrs
- •3)Males having waist circumference more than 90 cms.
- •4)Females having waist circumference more than 80 cms.
排除标准
- •1)Uncontrolled Hypertensives and diabetes
- •2)Alcoholics and smokers.
- •3)Any metal inserts, cardiac pacemakers, hip replacement, plates in bone.
- •4)Pregnant and postpartum upto 1 year females
- •5)Already performing any exercise or physical activity for 30 min/day for 5 days/week.
- •6)Any conditions which will be cause problems in treadmill walking like recent fractures of lower limb, any knee pathology, etc.
