- •Age =18 years
- •- Study participants are patients in the emergency room of the university hospital
- •- According to the medical assessment, the information provided and the additional blood collection do not represent any additional burden for the study participants.
- •- Ability to consent and consent to participate in the study.
- •- The ability to consent is checked according to a medical assessment, also with a special focus on the medication, possible pain and the exceptional emotional situation of the patient in an emergency situation and the resulting pressure situation.

- •- <8 weeks (males) or <12 weeks (females) since last blood volume draw of =500 mL
- •- Inability to give consent
