- •3.Lower limb surgeries

- •1.Patients with contra-indication to Spinal anaesthesia
- •2.Obesity (BMI >30kg/m2)
- •3.Any neuropathies
- •4.Allergy or intolerance to Local Anaesthetics
- •5.Patient refusal for procedure
