入选标准
- •Patients must meet the following criteria:
- •Adults older than 18 year of age
- •Patients with plaque psoriasis
- •Patients who are on Dovobet treatment (betamethasone dipropionate
- •calcipotriol ointment)
- •Patients must be willing to discontinue their topical treatment of one plaque for 2 weeks
- •and of one plaque for a maximum of 10 weeks
- •Patients must be willing to give a written informed consent
- •Patients must be able to adhere to the visit schedule
排除标准
- •Patients will be wxcluded from this study shen any of the following criteria listed below are met:
- •Children or adolescents younger than 18 years of age
- •Patients with a history or signs of other inflammatory skin diseases, for
- •example atopic dermatitis
- •Patients with relevant co-morbidities
- •Patients using varying doses of systemic antipsoriatic treatment like
- •methotrexate or biologics. Doses have to be stable for at least 3 months.
