Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients giving consent
2.Patients aged 55-80 years
3.ASA-1,2,3 physical status
4.Scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anesthesia
5. No history of allergy or sensitivity to any of the studied local Anesthetics
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients refused to give consent for the study
2. Elderly frail patients who cannot give consent for the study 3.Neuromuscular disorders
4. Bleeding disorders
5. Morbid obesity
6. Infection at the local site 7.Uncooperative patients

Name Time Method Comparing the incidence of Hypotension, Bradycardia and Vasopressor usage in patients receiving intrathecal ropivacaine-fentanyl versus bupivacaine-fentanyl.Timepoint: Baseline , every 2 minutes for first 20 minutes ,every 5 minutes till the end of surgery
