入选标准
- •All consecutive male and female patients of acne vulgaris ( grade 2 and above) involving the face who have not received any treatment in the past 4 weeks
- •Patients between 16-50 years
排除标准
- •Pregnant females , females planning pregnancy within the next 9 months , breastfeeding females
- •immunosuppressed individuals
- •known hypersensitivity to synthetic , natural vitamin A
- •any systemic illness lasting more than 3 weeks
- •deranged liver function tests and lipid profile
- •reproductive age group females not willing to practice methods of contraception as advised
