Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Individuals of either gender ranging between 30 to 60 years of age.
  • •2\.The skin fold thickness in individuals body fat is less than 33 percentage in females 26 percentage in males

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Individual below 30 and above 60 years of age
  • •2\.Person with any abdominal surgery
  • •4\.The skin fold thickness in individuals body fat is more than 33 percentage in females 26 percentage in males
