1.Acute AC joint injury Rockwood Classification type III, IV, V and VI
2.Age 15 - 60 years old
3.Onset of AC joint injury < 3 weeks
4.Patients who underwent surgery for acute AC joint injury in Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital between April 2021 and December 2022
1.Previous Shoulder Surgery
2.Fracture and Dislocation of AC Joint
3.AC Joint Arthritis
4.Bilateral AC Joint Injury
