Brief Summary

Surgical treatment of AC joint injury by suture anchor and K-wire fixation technique were good functional and radiologic outcome, suture anchor group was early ambulate shoulder range motion of and lower complication than K-wire fixation group.

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1.Acute AC joint injury Rockwood Classification type III, IV, V and VI
  • 2.Age 15 - 60 years old
  • 3.Onset of AC joint injury < 3 weeks
  • 4.Patients who underwent surgery for acute AC joint injury in Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital between April 2021 and December 2022

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.Previous Shoulder Surgery
  • 2.Fracture and Dislocation of AC Joint
  • 3.AC Joint Arthritis
  • 4.Bilateral AC Joint Injury
  • 5.Ipsilateral Nerve Injury
