(1) Patients who agreed to participate in this study.
(2) Age 20~85 yrs.
(3) Child-Pugh Class A or B.
(4) Patients with cirrhosis who are considering radiofrequency ablation for suspected malignant liver tumors with a size of 2 cm or less on MDCT, CEUS, or MRI performed within 60 days
(1) number of tumors, equal or more than three.
(2) maximal diameter of tumor, over 2 cm.
(3) diffuse infiltrative type cancer.
(4) tumors contacting portal vein or hepatic vein (equal or more than 5 mm) or bile duct.
(5) Child-Pugh class B8 or C
(6) Presence of vascular invasion by tumor
(7) Platelet count, equal or less than 50,000/mm3 or PT prolongation (=50%).
(8) Presence of multiple extrahepatic metastases.

Name Time Method Whether or not the temperature measurement was successful in the tissue surrounding the tumor at 3 minutes, 6 minutes and at the end of the radiofrequency ablation
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate whether the impedance can be reduced, more than 10% by injecting normal saline into the liver parenchyma when the impedance increases rapidly during the radiofrequenchy ablation, making it difficult to transmit energy.
