1) participants : A case-controlled study with a cross sectional design was used. A total of 759 women were participated in this study. Community women consisted of 373 participants in normal weight (18kg/m2=BMI<25 kg/m2), 145 participants in underweight (18kg/m2<BMI), 141 participants in overweight (BMI=25 kg/m2), 55 in AN, 45 in BN. The mean ages were 21.9 years in normal weight group (SD=2.7), 22.5 years in underweight group (SD=2.8), 23.4 years in overweight group (SD=4.0), 25.3 years in patients with AN (SD=8.7) and 24.8 years in patients with BN (SD=4.4). 2) result - physical and physiological status : underweight women and over weight women has decreased bone mineral density. Especially, overweight women showed more eating disorder psychopathology, impaired function than normal weight women. AN showed general physical complications. Impaired functions were observed in eating disorder women. - Eating behaviors : Abnormal weight women showed maladaptive eating behaviors as irregular meal times, more frequent late-night meals, eating only what one want. - psychological : In the level of depression, overweight women were more vulnerable than normal weight women. But, there were no differences in anxiety and stress. 3) discussion : Compared to underweight and normal weight women, Overweight women more concerned about their weight, felt more depressed and showed dissatisfied with their shape. In the future research, researchers need to investigate mechanism making overweight women depressed. For mental health care for women, There is necessity for psychological inventions on distorted cognition and recognition.
