- •1. Participants, who have classified as ASA 1 and 2 (American Society of Anesthesiologists, 2020)
- •2. Participants ranging from 18 to 60 years old, who require tooth extraction at the Oral and Maxillofacial Clinic, the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University
- •3. The literate patients, who have ability to read and write Thai language

- •1. Patients, who are taking antiplatelet, anticoagulant, immunosuppressive drugs, or bisphosphonate drugs
- •2. Patients, who are allergic to local anesthesia or components containing
- •3. Patients with a tendency of bleeding or bleeding disorders (thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, cirrhosis, CKD stage 4 and 5)
- •4. Patients, whose teeth have been diagnosed with previously treated, acute infections, retained roots, or periapical radiolucency>5mm in diameter
