1. Male or female with age over 20 years.
2. Diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma with no definitive therapy using imaging or tissue biopsy
3. If woman, not in a pregnancy state and can have birth control until the trial finish for at least 3 months
4. no definitive therapy
5. willing to sign in the inform consent
1. Those with performance status 3,4
2. Complete blood count: absolute neutrophil <1500 /cumm
complete white count <3000/cumm
Hb < 9 mg/dL
SGOT, SGPT > 5 folds of upper reference range
Bilirubin > 3 folds of upper reference range
Prolong PT, PTT
3. Those who have breast feeding, not willing to examine of pregnancy test
