Inclusion Criteria

Patients with mild to moderate levelbof depression(7 to 24 points) on hamilton d scale.

Diagnosed patients with primary depression.

Exclusion Criteria

Acute illness like MI,CVA,CCF,COPD.

Severe mallignant hypertension.

Renal failure.

Patients with major pyschiatric illnes like epilepsy,schizophrenia,mania.

Patients with secondary depression.

Severe depression with Hamilton D Scale (more than 24 points)

Pregnant women,lactating women.

Contraindications of Bhramari(sevrere ear infection,cardiac diseases,substance abuse ,high blood pressure)
