Patient having at least 3 classical signs as mentioned below:

1.Asya Varna

2. Ruja

3. Daha

4. Vairasyta

5. JivhaSfutan

6. Lalastrava

7. GilanKashtata

Exclusion Criteria

- Patient recently undergone oral surgeries.

1. Infective Stomatitis in HIV, syphilis

2. Neoplastic squamous cell carcinoma, other malignant carcinoma.

To study the efficacy of bhumyamalaki siddha payah kawala and jambu patra kwath kawala for 5 days in pittaj mukhapaka. <br/ ><br>To compare the effectiveness of treatment over the period of 10 days.Timepoint: 10 days treatment with follow up on baseline (0th), 5th and 10th day with window period of 5 day.
