Inclusion Criteria

1. Women aged 55 or over
2. Self reported symptom of any involuntary leakage of urine
3. Be able to read and understand English

Exclusion Criteria

1. Aged under 55 years
2. No symptoms of urine leakage
3. UI caused by neurological diseases affecting the brain and spinal cord
4. Cognitive impaired
