1. Stroke patient with CT or MRI findings are confirmed (ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke)
2. Age > 18 years old
3. shoulder pain which diagnosed as CRPS by Budapest criteria
4. Acute stage of CRPS
5. 100 millimeter visual analog scale (VAS) > 30
6. Able to mark on 100 millimeter visual analog scale (VAS)
7. Stable medical condition
8. No contraindication for oral prednisolone
9. No contraindication for laser therapy
1. shoulder pain which is not diagnosed as CRPS by Budapest criteria
2. Patient have been treated current CRPS before participate in research
