Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai Men and women aged 40-60 years
2. Men and women with lactose intolerance
3. Able to read, write and communicate in Thai
4. Voluntarily participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

1. Who was diagnosed with chronic diseases
2. had any infection or inflammation 6 months prior to the study
3. Currently taking medication or nutritional supplements
4. Smoking
5. Regularly drinking alcohol
6. Unable to record dietary intake
