- •2. Men and women with lactose intolerance
- •3. Able to read, write and communicate in Thai
- •4. Voluntarily participate in the study

- •1. Who was diagnosed with chronic diseases
- •2. had any infection or inflammation 6 months prior to the study
- •3. Currently taking medication or nutritional supplements
- •4. Smoking
- •5. Regularly drinking alcohol
- •6. Unable to record dietary intake
