Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis bilateral or unilateral
- •1. diagnosed by a Orthopaedic Surgeon or General Practitioner
- •2. Primary or idiopathic KOA
- •3. K/L grading: Grade 2 & Grade 3
- •4. Patients with chronic pain >3 months
- •5. Patients having pain on VAS: 4 to 7
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients with uncontrolled metabolic disorders: e.g Diabetes Mellitus
- •2. Patients with post traumatic osteoarthritis or knee ligament injuries or surgeries
- •3. Patients with Cardio-vascular disorders: E.g Angina Pectoris., H/o Myocardial infarction
- •4. Rheumatologic conditions such as RA, fibromyalgia or ankylosing spondylitis
- •5. Neurologic disorder such as Parkinsonâ??s disease, multiple sclerosis or stroke
- •6. Cognitive impairment, current use of antidepressant or anticonvulsant medication
