1- The patients candidates for strabismus surgery between 2-15 years
2- physical class status(ASA) I-II
Exclusion criteria:
1-Historyof GI problems
2-History of known drug sensitivity to drugs used in study.

Name Time Method Frequency of nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: In the first hour (recovery period) 1to 6 , 6 to 12 , 12to24 hours post – operation. Method of measurement: Questionnair.
