1.The 40-year or older male who was diagnosed of COPD by internist or pulmonologist.
2.The patients who give the informed consent and agree to follow to the study protocol.
1.Underlying disease or history of these illnesses such as,
1.1End stage renal disease which defined as creatinine clearance less than 15 ml/min/1.73 m2
1.2Cirrhosis
1.3History of active malignancy or recent chemotherapeutic medication within 5 years
1.4Chronic anemia such as thalassemia who needed regular blood transfusion or finding of hemochromatosis
1.5Active rheumatoid arthritis
1.6Poor control of type 2 diabetes who have HbA1c > 8 %
1.7Severe morbid obesity which defined as ≥ 30 kg/m2
1.8Acute myocardial infarction or chest pain or dyspnea within 1 year
2.Diagnosed of hypogonadism before the inclusion period
3.Stop testosterone supplement and advice the patients to use as needed
4.Withdraw from the target
5.After acute exacerbation or admission who got systemic corticosteroid within 4 months
6.Available for listening, reading, or speaking in English
7.Contraindications of 6-minute walk test are
7.1Acute myocardial infarction or chest pain (active) off prednisolone already
7.2Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 120 mmHg and duration of pulse rate > 120 beat/min
