1.Absent lactation and/or PPH (postpartum
hemorrage)and Menstrual disturbances after last delivery
2. Clinical evidence of deficiency of one or more pituitary hormones
3. Documentation of deficiency of at least one pituitary hormone
4. Absence of clinical or radiological feature of pituitary mass lesion
1. Other etiologies of hypopituitarism
2. Age > 42 years
3. Patients with chronic diseases like
uncontrolled diabetes, CAD, CKD, Liver disease and chronic inflammatory disorders
4. Patient with history of thromboembolic disorders
5. Patients with suspected breast, endometrial or cervical cancer
6. Patients on supra-physiological doses of steroids, anti-epileptic drugs and bisphosphonates
