入选标准
- •stroke/ cerebrovascular events (ICD I60-67)
- •- subacute (3 weeks – 6 months post stroke)
- •- initial non-walking patients (FAC = 2 and walking capacity = 10m)
- •- written consent to participate in the study by the patient or his/her caregiver
- •- body height 140-200 cm, body weight = 140 kg
排除标准
- •- Neurological diagnoses other than stroke
- •- Acute (< 3 weeks post stroke) or chronic stroke (>6 months post stroke)
- •- Initial restricted walking or walking patients (FAC > 2 and walking capacity > 10m)
- •- Age < 18 years
- •- Vegetative cardiovascular instability (lack of resilience of the cardiovascular system with the risk of decompensation)
- •- Relevant orthopaedic comorbidities or musculoskeletal impairments of the lower extremities affecting the ability to walk and stand
- •- Psychological diseases (anxiety disorders, dementia, delirium)
- •- Open skin areas on paddings or straps
- •- Cognitive, visual and linguistic impairments that obstruct the understanding of the therapist's instructions or the adequate execution of the therapy
