Age between 30 to 50 years; At least 20 teeth, excluding third molars; Negative medical / dental history for antibiotic therapy and use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 6 months prior to the study; Negative dental history for non-surgical periodontal therapy in the last 6 months prior to the study; Habits of a sedentary life, therefore not practicing regular physical activities; Patients with a BMI of 18.5 to 29.9 kg / m²; Smartphone compatible with the Seven® application; Diagnosis of Periodontitis.
Smokers; Diabetics; Hypertensive; Presence of systemic diseases that show inflammatory, immune or hormonal changes; Contraindication from health professionals for the practice of physical activities.

Name Time Method To evaluate the reduction in clinical inflammation through probing pocket depth (PPD), considering mean PPD reduction (in mm) in pockets equals or greater than 4mm.

Name Time Method To evaluate clinical attachment gain through clinical attachment level, using full-mouth mean (in mm);To evaluate inflammatory component of the bottom of the pocket using bleeding on probing, considering the percentage of bleeding sites per individual;To evaluate gingival crevicular fluid cytokine expression using Luminex, quantifying chosen proteins and performing intra- and intergroup comparisons;To evaluate microbial count using DNA checkerboard hybridization, quantifying chosen bacteria and performing intra- and intergroup comparisons;To evaluate quality of life through OHIP-14 questionnaire, comparing the results between groups
