Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 30Y to 50Y (—)
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 30 to 50 years; At least 20 teeth, excluding third molars; Negative medical / dental history for antibiotic therapy and use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 6 months prior to the study; Negative dental history for non-surgical periodontal therapy in the last 6 months prior to the study; Habits of a sedentary life, therefore not practicing regular physical activities; Patients with a BMI of 18.5 to 29.9 kg / m²; Smartphone compatible with the Seven® application; Diagnosis of Periodontitis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Smokers; Diabetics; Hypertensive; Presence of systemic diseases that show inflammatory, immune or hormonal changes; Contraindication from health professionals for the practice of physical activities.
