1.Scheduled for surgery for which an LMA is appropriate,
2.Mallampatti Grade 1 & 2.
1. Patients with pharyngeal pathology,
2. Patients having any anatomical abnormality of
Mouth, pharynx and larynx,
3. Patients having preoperative sore throat,
4. Patients having risk of aspiration,
5. Full stomach (pregnancy, hiatal hernia),
6. Patients with high airway resistance
(Bronchospasm), COPD, ASTHMA
7. Patients with difficult airway (Mallampatti class
3 or 4),
8. Low pulmonary compliance (obesity-BMI >30),
9. Patients with Known Allergy to Either Agents,
