Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with sign & symptoms of Bhagandara Roga (Fistula-in-Ano)

2. Irrespective of age, sex, occupation & religion

3. Willingness of patients for study

Exclusion Criteria

Fistula-in-ano associated with one or more of the following conditions:

1. Tuberculosis,

2. Hypertension,

3. Diabetes mellitus,

4. Osteomyelitis of hip bones,

5. Acute or chronic ulcerative colitis,

6. Crohnââ?¬•s disease,

7. Ano-rectal and other Malignancy,

8. Positive cases of Venereal diseases or

HIV or HBsAg,
