ASA 1 and 2 only

Exclusion Criteria

Children whose parents do not give consent

ASA 3 and above

Children with anatomical abnormalities in the neck due to tumour, previous surgery, burns, etc

Children in whom head extension is not advisable ex. cervical spine abnormalities
