- •Normal adults between the age group of 30 years to 50 years, both male and females.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\- Any type of neurological, systemic or peripheral pathological disease
- •2\- Any history of musculoskeletal injury
- •3\- Any lower limb surgery
- •4\- Pregnancy
