This study investigates the effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) on reducing academic procrastination, improving resilience, and decreasing anxiety levels among undergraduate students. ACT is a third-wave cognitive-behavioral therapy focusing on enhancing psychological flexibility through mindfulness and value-based actions.
Participants will be undergraduate students from a selected university in Chennai, identified through purposive sampling. The study involves pre-test and post-test assessments to measure outcomes related to academic procrastination, resilience, and anxiety using validated tools. The intervention includes structured ACT sessions delivered over a specified period.

- •Students who have participated in at least one sessional examination.
- •Students willing to participate in the study and not less than 18 years of age.
排除标准
- •Students failing to maintain attendance of at least 80% over the preceding three months will be excluded from the study.
