- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Intervention Effects on subjective health status (SF12 Questionnaire; T1&T2), fear of falls (FESI Questionnaire; T1&T2), cognition (MoCA Questionnaire; T1&T2), functional status (Chair Rising Test and Functional Reach; T1&T2) and gait parameters (Capacitive pressure measuring plate; T1&T2).<br>T1 is measured immediately before, T2 immediatley after the 16-week intervention.

Name Time Method Dependence of Intervention Effects on Covariates (Sleep quality - PSQI Questionnaire, T1 only; Lifelong activity - LLPAQ Questionnaire, T1 only; Activity - Accelerometers, T1 only). <br>T1 is measured immediately before the 16-week intervention.
