Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women with established preterm labour (regular uterine contraction with cervical dilatation of ââ?°Â¥4 cm )at gestational age of less than 32 weeks.
- •2\. Women requiring iatrogenic preterm labour / cesarean at gestatonal age less than 32 weeks
- •3\. Women with severe pre\-Eclampsia or Eclampsia having preterm labour being given magnesium sulphate at less than 32 weeks .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Myasthenia gravis
- •2\.Acute renal failure
- •3\.False preterm
- •4\.Gestational age more than 32 weeks
