Inclusion Criteria
Women with established preterm labour (regular uterine contraction with cervical dilatation of �4 cm )at gestational age of less than 32 weeks.
2. Women requiring iatrogenic preterm labour / cesarean at gestatonal age less than 32 weeks
3. Women with severe pre-Eclampsia or Eclampsia having preterm labour being given magnesium sulphate at less than 32 weeks .
Exclusion Criteria
1.Myasthenia gravis
2.Acute renal failure
3.False preterm
4.Gestational age more than 32 weeks
