Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients under ASA I \& II category.
- •2\. Mandibular or maxillary teeth with closed apex.
- •3\. Patients diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with apical periodontitis and/or pulpal necrosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients under ASA III\-V category.
- •2\. Patients with other systemic diseases
- •3\. Patients under any antibiotic medication for a week.
- •4\. Teeth with cracks, vertical root fracture, internal \& external resorption.
- •5\. Teeth with immature apex
