Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients under ASA I \& II category.
  • •2\. Mandibular or maxillary teeth with closed apex.
  • •3\. Patients diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with apical periodontitis and/or pulpal necrosis

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients under ASA III\-V category.
  • •2\. Patients with other systemic diseases
  • •3\. Patients under any antibiotic medication for a week.
  • •4\. Teeth with cracks, vertical root fracture, internal \& external resorption.
  • •5\. Teeth with immature apex
