Patients undergoing elective open mesh hernioplasty and consenting to be a study participant.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients aged < 15 years of age
2.Recurrent hernia Surgery
3.Patientâ??s with inflammed,obstructed or strangulated hernia.
