1. Patients clinically and radiologically diagnosed with osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence Grade I â?? III) and conservatively managed for at least six months.
2. Males and females with age 30-75 years.
3. Patients which fail to respond to minimum of 6 months of conservative treatment.
4. Patients with osteoarthritis Kellgren-Lawrence Grade I â?? III
1. Same knee previously operated cases
2. Patient with prior history of trauma to same knee
3. Patients not willing to participate in the study
4. Patients who are psychiatrically moribund and unable to respond
5. Patients with severe osteoarthritis (Kellgrenâ??Lawrence Grade IV)
6. Inflammatory (RA) or infective arthritis
