Inclusion Criteria
1- Both sexes
2 - Age 18-60 year old
3- Referral in 24 hours after burn injury
4- Burn with of less than 10% TBSA
5- Filling informed consent
Exclusion criteria:
1- Co-morbidity
2-Electrical, chemical, inhalation burn injury
3- Facial, fingers, perinea burn injury

Name Time Method Epithelization. Timepoint: Daily after beginning of intervention and 14th day after beginning of intervention with biopsy. Method of measurement: Clinical assessment, Photography, Biopsy.;Cost. Timepoint: After ending intervention. Method of measurement: Calculation of dressing costs per group.
