Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Being an adult diagnosed as having KS\-CRF(kyphoscoliosis and chronic respiratory failure) and receiving home mechanical ventilation during the night for at least the last six months, and 2\. Being in clinically stable conditions for at least the last three months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Eligible participants were not admitted if they had any contraindication or inability to perform any of the study tests (uncontrolled heart disease, acute pulmonary disease, and other conditions)
