Inclusion Criteria
- •Effective municipal elementary school teachers, working in classrooms, directly with the students;
- •General health condition;
- •Sedentarysm for at least eight weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Teachers retired;
- •Current pathology or early that prevented evaluations and/or exercises;
- •Participated in other programs that included physical exercises and evaluations that were incomplete data.
