Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)People diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
- •2\)People who can read and understand either Hindi, English or Kannada.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Individuals with major psychiatric disorders.
- •2\)Individuals with severe disability as assessed on Global Disability scale.
- •3\)Individuals who undergone Mindfulness, yoga and other traditional form of interventions two months prior to being selected for the study.
- •4\)Individuals with Mental Retardation as ruled out clinically.
- •5\)Active self\-reported Alcohol and other drug dependency.
- •6\)Scheduled for major surgery.
- •7\)Individuals with major physical illness
