1)People diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
2)People who can read and understand either Hindi, English or Kannada.
1)Individuals with major psychiatric disorders.
2)Individuals with severe disability as assessed on Global Disability scale.
3)Individuals who undergone Mindfulness, yoga and other traditional form of interventions two months prior to being selected for the study.
4)Individuals with Mental Retardation as ruled out clinically.
5)Active self-reported Alcohol and other drug dependency.
6)Scheduled for major surgery.
7)Individuals with major physical illness
