18 to 60 years old who have been treated with antipsychotic drugs for at least 6 months
No history of taking vitamins B12 and folic acid in the last 1 month
Absence of liver disorders, megaloblastic anemia and special diet , use of other nutritional supplements During the last 1 month
Not consuming alcohol and other substances in the last 6 months
Absence of pregnancy and breastfeeding

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method B12-acid folic-negative symptoms. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and two months after taking B12 and folic acid, the blood level of vitamins will be measured and the SANS questionnaire will be filled. Method of measurement: SCALE FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF NEGATIVE SYMPTOMS/ Blood level of b12 and acid folic.
