Inclusion Criteria
(1) nurses working for at least three months in intensive care units (ICUs) at a tertiary hospital at the start of this study
and (2) nurses belonging to a nursing department.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) in their probationary period
(2) nurses not engaged in nursing-related work
