Inclusion Criteria

The individual must be linked to one of the 14 ESF of the municipality of Santa Maria-RS; To present the Body Mass Index that classifies it as obese (BMI = weight / height2) equal to or greater than 30 kg / m2; Present indicative of depression to make up the group of depressed obese; Be between 18 and 60 years of age; Not performing physical activity (self reported) in the last 3 months. Not being on antidepressant medication at the start of the study

Exclusion Criteria

Those individuals who present a medical contraindication for the performance of physical activity in the soil and / or water
