Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients undergoing all kind of elective surgeries under general anesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

2)American society of anesthesiologist grade I and II

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patient refusal

2)Anticipated difficult intubation(MPG 3 and 4)

3)Oropharyngeal pathology eg. hematoma ,abscess ,tumor

etc.

4)Pregnant woman

5.Neck swelling and neck burn contracture
