Inclusion Criteria
- •In this study, included older adults aged 65 years and above who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants with conditions that significantly limited physical activity (such as musculoskeletal disorders, severe cardiovascular diseases, stroke, Parkinson's disease, etc.) and those who had impaired communication abilities or relied on assistive devices for mobility were excluded from the study.
