In this study dasamooladi siddha majja sneha mentioned in chakradatta vata vyadhi adhyaya is used in the form of shamana snehapana.The mahisha majja processed with dasamoola kashaya,milk,jeevaniya gana,vidari,kapikachu,sariba and administered in patients with osteoarthritis of knee .This study intend to evaluate the effect of dasamooladi siddha majja as shamana snehapana in reducing the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of knee joint

入选标准
- •Participants among age group 40-60 years satisfying diagnostic criteria 2)Participants willing to give written consent 3)Participants fit for snehapana 4)Participants willing to take medicines prepared from animal source(beef).
排除标准
- •Uncontrolled case of systemic illness 2)History of recent fracture/dislocation in and around the knee joint 3)Presence of wound or ulcer in and around and with inflammatory swelling of the knee joint 4)Pregnant and lactating woman.
- •Rheumatoid arthritis of knee, neoplasms, congenital deformities of knee 6)Diagnosed case of diabetes mellitus 7)Diagnosed case of hypercholesterolemia 8)Diagnosed case of hypertension 9)Participants allergic to beef products.
