入选标准
- •Indication for apical prolapse correction. Patient actively wishes operative correction. Decision for UPS method after thorough and neutral patient information about all guide-line referenced surgical options as well as novel alternatives (pectopexy, UPS) by experienced pelvic floor surgeon.
排除标准
- •Insufficient command of German language prohibiting filling out of the questionnaires. Significant physical or psychological disease. Not able to give informed consent. Contraindications for planned surgical procedure. Patient wish for a procedure referenced by current guidelines. Denial of procedures not covered by current guidelines.
