Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients from the age group of 18–40 years

2 Patients having fever (below 100 degree), sore throat, cough, white spots in uvula, difficulty in breathing, chocking, thirst will be included for the present clinical trial.

3 Selection will be irrespective of Gender, religion & socio- economic class.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patients those who are Pregnant and lactating.

2 Patient with fever above 100-degree Fahrenheit.

3 Immunocompromised patients.

4 Patients having uncontrolled Diabetes.

Signs of uvulitis at the end of 8th day will be assessed as dry cough, dyspnoea, pricking pain, redness, nausea, vomitting, thirst. Depending on the assessment criteria. Symptoms of uvulitis will be assessed with subjective criteriaTimepoint: 8th day

To study the disease uvulitis in detail according to Modern science.To study the effect of shunthi & haridra with its properties in detail along with the probable mode of action. To compare the effect of kavala & lozenges along with Amruthotharam kashayam (for systemic relief) in the management of galashundika. To study the effect of shunthi & haritaki in control of progression of disease in uvula & the symptoms like dry cough, dysponea, pricking pain, redness, nausea, vomitting, thirst.Timepoint: 8th day
